The Felt Hat had a beautiful idea - mount 5,000 precisely-painted hand-crumpled paper wads to a wall so that three different images are created depending on your location in the space. They also had an interesting question; how do we make this happen? We created a detailed strategic plan and managed The Felt Hat's concept carefully through every step of the process. We handled material research and selection, prototyping, all measures of fabrication, delivery, and final installation. The results are extraordinary.
